Hanso Recorder

As the name points out, this tool can be used to record audio. You can manually initiate the recording process by clicking a button on Hanso Recorder’s interface. Or, better yet, you can use the scheduler feature to create audio recording tasks that will be ran according to the schedule you specify.

There is nothing complicated about installing Hanso Recorder on your Windows PC. You have to download and run an installer, and then you have to click through the simple instructions presented onscreen by a setup wizard. It is worth noting that the setup wizard will present several offers to install additional software on your PC. If you want Hanso Recorder and Hanso Recorder alone, make sure to opt out.

The main panel on Hanso Recorder’s interface presents the recording options you can play with: select the input device, pick a recording format, adjust the volume, enable the option to detect silence, and so on.

At the top of Hanso Recorder’s interface there’s an Actions section that lists the following buttons:
Record/Stop – launch and stop the audio recording process.
Pause – pauses the recording process.
Text to Speak – paste text or open a text file; click a button and the application will read the text out loud.
Set default – save recording settings.
Archive – all your recordings are listed here. Select a recording and you can play it, edit its ID3 tag, or delete it.
Schedule – create tasks and let Hanso Recorder automatically record audio for you.
